He has held senior leadership positions at NABARD, Fullerton India, RBL Bank, and ValueFin India (as MD & CEO), where he contributed to the design of inclusive credit models, the scaling of rural and MSME finance, and the development of climate-aligned financial frameworks that drive sustainable growth. An alumnus of the G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, where he earned a B.Tech (Gold Medal) and M.E., Manoj also holds an MBA in Finance and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB).
